Discusses posture, breathing, using the imagination to increase smooth functioning and effective movement, and how learning is related to both hemispheres of the brain.
Series I: Beginning concentrates on floor work and contains eight half-hour movement lessons.

Series Two:

Stephen Rosenholtz earned his Ph.D. in Education at Stanford University in 1981.
Since his training with Moshe Feldenkrais, he has maintained a practice in the Feldenkrais Method and has taught Feldenkrais trainings worldwide.
