The Work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais was recorded 35 years ago in a Canadian television studio. Each tape contains four informative, self contained, 30 minute segments which are easy to follow with noticable results. They include both lectures and demonstrations of Functional Integration and Awareness Through Movement. While the quality of these tapes is not up to modern standards, they represent one of the few recorded examples of Dr. Feldenkrais presenting his method to the general public.
