Debra's strong teaching style allows you to easily learn each move. Your dance, as a result, is a spectacular cardiovascular workout divided into two segments which combine to become your total workout. You will fly, swoop, and sway, using minimal space. All of your muscles will be used. An abdominal section will target your waistline muscles and your balance will be improved as you dance, perform, and feel the energy inside of you.
